Section 6
Groups and sub-groups
(1) In the civil service, there will be services as per section 3.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), the following services have been grouped (clustered) for the purpose of specializing services up to the gazetted specific category -
(a) Nepal Engineering Service,
(b) Nepal Agriculture and Forest Service,
(c) Nepal Justice Service,
(d) Nepal Foreign Service,
(e) Nepal Administration Service, and
(f) Nepal Audit Service.
(3) The gazetted special category posts in service as per sub-section (2) shall be as prescribed.
(4) There will be various groups and sub-groups as specified in the service formed according to section 3. (5) The minimum qualification required for various posts in the groups and sub-groups of the service formed according to section 3 will be as specified.
